Job Description The Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation department is seeking a full‑time Rehabilitation Technologist I to support the inpatient rehabilitation nursing units at Willis Knighton Rehabilitation Institute. The candidate will work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team—including other techs, LPNs, RNs, and therapy staff—to assist patients with activities of daily living and transfers.
Responsibilities
Assist patients with bathing, dressing, toileting, and meals.
Provide appropriate assistance with patient transfers based on individual needs.
Work effectively with interdisciplinary team members (techs, LPNs, RNs, therapy staff).
Attend hospital orientation and department orientation.
Qualifications
Self‑motivation and strong time‑management skills.
Flexibility with work assignments and willingness to work 12‑hour shifts.
Preferentially, prior experience in a rehabilitation or allied health setting; not mandatory.
Seniority Level Entry level
