Assistant Community Manager
Location: Willis, TX. Salary: $45,000.00 – $60,000.00.

What You’ll Accomplish
Support the Community Manager in daily business operations and uphold community standards as required by governing documents, CCMC management contract, and applicable laws.
Conduct monthly inspections using online programs to track, document, and notify homeowners of compliance issues weekly; ensure common‑area safety and cleanliness.
Supply information, assistance, materials, and education to new and existing homeowners regarding the benefits of Association living and the impact of the Deed Restrictions.
Provide oversight of projects as directed by the Community Manager; act as liaison to service contractors and vendors.
Serve as onsite point of contact for assessment collections; monitor payment arrangements.
Collaborate with collection attorneys and AR representatives regarding assessment collections.
Work directly with the Design Review Committee in performing the Design Review process.
Oversee certain site staff and grounds services teams.
Interact daily with community residents and committee volunteers.
Attend Board and Committee meetings.
What We’re Looking For
Effective leadership, organizational, and conflict‑resolution skills.
Two or more years in an office environment, preferably in community management or similar experience.
Two to three years of industry experience in a Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager role is preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with superb telephone etiquette and a commitment to customer service.
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, self‑starter and multi‑tasking abilities.
Proficient computer skills in a Windows environment.
Stable means of transportation, including a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance; standard mileage reimbursement will be provided.
Ability to work a full‑time schedule, occasionally after hours and on weekends.
All prospective employees must pass a pre‑employment drug screen, driving record and background check.
CAM license preferred (required in Florida, Georgia and Nevada within 90 days of hire).
If driving is, or becomes, a requirement of the role, you must hold a valid state driver’s license for the vehicle you are driving, maintain a clean motor vehicle report, and hold current automobile insurance at statutory limits. Notify Human Resources immediately regarding any change to your motor vehicle standing. CCMC may periodically review motor vehicle reports to ensure compliance with these requirements.
Physical Requirements
Mobility: Ability to walk the grounds long distances in various weather conditions.
Lifting and carrying: Occasionally lift and carry supplies or equipment up to 25 pounds.
Extended sitting or standing: Capability to sit or stand for extended periods during meetings or events.
Manual dexterity: Skills in using technology, including computers and mobile devices.
Driving: Ability to operate a vehicle to perform certain job functions (MVR reviewed at hire and periodically thereafter).
