Job Description As an Applebee's Host/Server Assistant, you will greet guests at the door with a warm welcome and a smile, assist servers in providing exceptional guest service, and maintain overall guest flow.
Responsibilities
Greet guests and create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
Assist servers with food service and table turnover.
Ensure guests feel comfortable and cared for throughout their visit.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of host stand and dining area.
Qualifications
At least 18 years old.
Effective communication skills.
Commitment to making an impact.
Physical Standards
Ability to remain stationary and exert well‑paced mobility for up to four (4) hours.
Ability to safely reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 pounds.
Must be able to wear protective hand coverings throughout shift.
Must comply with mask and hand washing policies.
Compensation Applebee’s® Hosts start at minimum wage per hour, plus tip‑out. Competitive wages (plus tips), healthcare benefits, flexible schedule, meal discounts, and paid sick leave.
