Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services – UAFS Starbucks, 5210 Grand Ave., Fort Smith, AR 72904.
Schedule: Full‑time & Part‑time schedules available; open availability preferred. AM and PM availability required.
Pay: $12.00–$13.00 per hour.

Job Summary Makes and serves coffee/espresso drinks and related items, handles food per HACCP, interacts with customers courteously.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Prepares espresso orders using standard measures and recipes.
Enters orders accurately into POS device; accepts cash and charge payments.
Replenishes condiments, beverages, and supplies while maintaining cleanliness.
Ensures proper presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures; follows HACCP standards.
Maintains sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies, and utensils.
Ensures proper food preparation using approved recipes and production standards.
Keeps display equipment clean and debris free during service.
Cleans equipment and workstation thoroughly before leaving the area for other assignments.
Greets customers courteously and ensures satisfaction; relays concerns to supervisors.
Serves customers quickly and efficiently, preventing line delays.
Demonstrates understanding of daily menu items and explains them accurately.
Advocates selling techniques by establishing good communication and assisting in buying decisions.
Ensures all display foods are merchandised attractively and served neatly.
Performs other duties as assigned.
