The Springs at Sherwood seeks a customer service‑oriented, detail oriented individual. As the first person residents, guests and employees see, the Receptionist sets the tone of the community. The role also includes special projects and clerical duties. Responsibilities
Greeting visitors, residents, families, vendors and staff with a smile and by name when possible. Answering questions in person, over the phone or by email with certainty and following up when necessary. Communicating positively with residents, families, vendors and staff across all channels. Assisting the Business Office Manager and other departments with administrative tasks. Ensuring safety and security of the building and residents. Qualifications
Experience as a Receptionist or Concierge of at least 1 year. Proficiency with Excel and Word. Prior senior‑living experience preferred but not required. 1–2 years in an administrative role preferred. Must pass drug test and criminal background check. Hours
Sunday, Monday, Tuesday 8 am–6 pm. Wednesday 8 am–1:30 pm. Benefits
