House Attendant

Responsibilities
Maintain guest floor and public space cleanliness, including fitness center and meeting rooms.
Support room attendants and laundry department as needed.
Clean hallways, lobbies, corridors, elevators, stairways, windows, and restrooms.
Wash walls, ceilings, woodwork, and windows.
Polish metalwork, fixtures, fittings, and other surfaces.
Staff room attendant carts with linens and supplies and shuttle linens to/from the laundry room.
Assist room attendants with heavy lifting and moving of furniture and equipment in guest rooms.
Maintain storage area organization and cleanliness.
Assist with maintenance and cleaning of pool (as applicable).
Use cleaning supplies responsibly and follow safety procedures.
Greet guests with a pleasant greeting and use their name when entering occupied rooms.
Respond to guest requests for housekeeping supplies within 10 minutes.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Basic English reading, writing, and speaking skills to communicate with team members and guests.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong teamwork and flexibility for shift work and holidays.
Ability to understand and follow simple instructions and comply with standard procedures.
Physical Demands
Regular standing, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling.
Frequent walking, climbing, or balancing; regular talking or hearing.
Regularly lift and move 10–25 pounds; occasionally up to 50 pounds.
Push carts weighing up to 200 pounds.
Operate with fine vision, distance vision, and color vision.
Work in mentally and physically stressful situations.
Work with cleaning chemicals.
Experience
High school education or equivalent preferred.
4–6 months of housekeeping experience or training preferred, but not required.
Seniority level: Entry level. Employment type: Full-time.
