We are a growing business and a leader in our industry. As a Lube and Tire Technician, you will perform non-technical service repairs such as oil changes, tire and wheel related services, alignments, flushes, and more. You will also drive customers, pick up parts, and maintain shop cleanliness as needed.
Compensation and Benefits
Pay ranges from $15–$18 per hour depending on experience.
Competitive Bi-Weekly Pay.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Safely transport customers to and from their place of residence or business using the company vehicle.
Picks up parts, supplies, tires, etc. from vendors or the corporate office using the company vehicle.
Operate company vehicle safely and courteously, obeying all traffic laws.
Conduct State Safety and Emission Inspections on vehicles in an ethical manner following all company and state guidelines.
Perform tire mounting/dismounting, wheel balance, and tire rotation.
Perform oil changes and basic services at the direction of the Shop Foreman or Store Manager.
Observe general vehicle condition during basic services and report needed repairs or safety concerns to the Shop Foreman or Store Manager.
Maintain cleanliness of the shop, including the service area, tire racks, showroom, and exterior.
Follow all safety procedures and report any concerns to the Shop Foreman or Store Manager.
Qualifications
Possess a valid driver’s license.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to work a minimum of five days, including Saturdays.
General understanding of automotive mechanics preferred.
Working Conditions and Physical Demands The role exposes employees to moderate to loud noises, dust, exhaust fumes, lubricants, petroleum products, and other hazards. Employees must be able to stand and walk moderately for eight hours a day and lift up to 70 pounds frequently.
