Position Type: Part Time
Pay Rate: $19.50 / Hour
Job Schedule: Mon 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM, Thu 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM, Fri 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM

What You’ll Do
Provide customer service by carrying out security‑related procedures and site‑specific policies, including emergency response activities as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm and problem‑solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols across the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to deter unwanted activity.
Observe and report any unusual or suspicious behavior, hazards, or incidents encountered during patrols.
Maintain a visible presence to deter potential risks and provide reassurance to tenants and visitors.
Communicate professionally with clients, tenants, and visitors while addressing their concerns or inquiries.
Document all incidents and activities per Allied Universal and client protocols.
Minimum Requirements
Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
Drug screen as permitted by law.
Licensing requirements subject to state and local laws and regulations.
Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.
