Successful CCC Team Members take pride in personal appearances, show dedication, display integrity and honesty in all areas of service. SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Serve as the first point of contact with members and guests, providing carts from the cart shed or cart staging area outside the pro shop. Inspect carts for damage before they go out and again when they return; immediately report any damage to the pro shop attendant and identify who was responsible. Clean carts and refill with new scorecards, pencils, towels, full sand bottles, and other necessary items. Maintain a clean and organized bag room, keeping records of bags stored and carts used daily. Keep the bag staging area clean and organized according to the bag rack list. Remove bags from storage and load onto carts, transport range balls to each end of the range, and fill appropriate containers. Keep stocked pyramids of balls on evenly spaced intervals on the range at all times until closing. Safely operate range cart and ball picker to retrieve balls, wash all range balls daily, and ensure proper maintenance. Return carts to cart shelter, move towels, pencils, scorecards, tees, drink cans, etc.; save reusable items, wash cart with pressure cleaner, park, and connect charger cable. Every two weeks perform wax touch-ups, armor all plastic areas, and deep clean the seat, dash, and windshield to prevent water spots. When a cart requires maintenance, signal this by setting it aside and filling out a maintenance request form for the pro shop. Assist members with private carts by offering cleaning, battery maintenance, waxing, wiping the windshield, and applying armor to all plastic areas. Coordinate with Club Car for all repairs.
