About Us Children's Community Center (CCC) is a non‑profit preschool and childcare center, located in a residential neighborhood, in Menomonee Falls, WI. Established in 1975, CCC was founded on being a full‑inclusion center that welcomed and included everyone. 47 years later, this is still our mission. CCC is a large childcare center that has 18 classrooms, licensed for 235 children and cares for children ages 1 month through 12 years old. Since CCC was built and designed to be a childcare center, we are fortunate to have 3 indoor gross motor areas, 4 outdoor play areas, and a 2‑acre nature center that is handicap accessible. We are proud to have staff, with years of experience, ranging from brand new to 40 years. One of the founders of CCC wrote a motto that we all try to live by each day. It is engraved on a rock in the front of our building, as a reminder to us as we come and go each day. As an employee of CCC we ask that you embrace our motto and help us live out our mission for the children and families that we serve and care for. ~ Each child uniquely different, Each child equally precious
