We're looking for motivated individuals who are looking for an opportunity to join a career-focused company and start working in the Energy Efficiency industry.**Successful candidates will reside in Marion, Iowa****What you'll be doing...**You will be driving our truck to residential homes and will be picking up refrigerators that need to be recycled. 40 hour work week guaranteed, with opportunity for overtime. Start time 6AM, end time fluctuates based on route between 2PM-6PM.**Physical Nature of the Job** * Lifting heavy refrigerators using dollies, team lifts, or other methods* Work in all climates* Bending, crouching, kneeling**Type of Work** * Ability to work in-person in multiple homes per day (this is not a work-from-home position; you will be in the field servicing customers’ homes)* Ability to pivot work hours; elongated schedules may be required at times**What's in it for you...*** $22-$24 / hr starting rate* Paid training**What you bring...*** A desire to learn more about a new industry* A passion for helping people* Are at least 21 years of age* A valid Driver’s License* DOT Medical Card required.
