Restoration Technician , every day is different. One day you might be extracting water from a flooded basement, the next you’re helping rebuild after fire damage. You’ll be part of a supportive team that works together to help people in their time of need. You’ll use your skills to restore homes, businesses, and peace of mind in your community. You’ll gain valuable experience in restoration, construction, and emergency response. What You’ll Do
Respond quickly to emergencies such as water or fire damage. Perform restoration activities: water extraction, demolition, equipment setup, and site cleanup. Load, maintain, and track tools and supplies for projects. Communicate clearly with supervisors, teammates, and clients. Ensure safety standards are always met. What We’re Looking For
A valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Willingness to work rotating on‑call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous experience in restoration, construction, or related fields (preferred). Physical Demands
Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly (up to 100 lbs with assistance). Comfortable working at heights, in crawl spaces, or attics. Ability to handle repetitive physical tasks. Comfortable working with/around cleaning agents. Career Growth & Wage Increases
