Medical Front Desk Receptionist- Multi-specialty office.
We are looking for experienced, full-time Front Desk Receptionists to join our fast-paced, multi-specialty medical practice.
JOB SUMMARY
Patient registration.
Appointment scheduling.
Check-in and Check-out.
Answer phones.
Product/Service sales.
SKILLS
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently.
Positive outlook and upbeat personality.
Detail-oriented, meticulous.
Ability to multitask.
EDUCATION
High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
TRAINING
On-the-job training offered.
REQUIREMENTS
Flexible work schedule, with start times as early as 7:45 AM and end times as late as 6:30 PM, based on coverage needs.
Reliable transportation.
Travel to satellite offices- Ridgefield and Danbury.
SCHEDULE
Monday–Friday, with shifts scheduled between 7:45 AM and 6:30 PM. Work hours vary based on coverage needs.
COMPENSATION
Salary based on experience.
$500 bonus after 6 months of employment.
