Base pay range $14.00/hr – $16.00/hr
Responsibilities
Using the correct tools and equipment to prepare all items.
Following Bricktown Brewery recipes and specifications for each menu item.
Preparing and cooking a variety of quality dishes, following Bricktown Brewery’s recipes and standards.
Ensuring food is cooked to order with consistent flavor, presentation, and portioning.
Assisting with prepping ingredients, stocking kitchen supplies, and maintaining inventory as needed.
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Additional duties
Setting up kitchen equipment.
Verifying stock.
Cleaning cooking equipment.
Managing the flow of food orders.
Following sanitation and safety standards.
Requirements
Ability to multi-task, lift up to 50 pounds waist‑high, and stand for long periods.
Basic reading, writing, and verbal communication skills, and willingness to work in a team.
Ability to operate in fast‑paced environments for periods up to 8 hours.
Protective motions such as bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous use of fingers and wrists.
