Overview Our Delivery Expert Team Members know their stuff and know how to have a good time. Each store has its own personality, and we reward outstanding, safe and fast deliveries. Delivery Experts mix in-store work with out‑of‑store deliveries and enjoy the buzz of friendly competition.
Responsibilities
Deliver pizza, sides and other menu items to customers
Project a positive image to the customer
Drive safely and courteously, obeying all traffic laws
Know the store’s delivery area and read area map(s)
Take orders over the phone and in person; greet customers within 10 seconds
Build relationships with customers
Handle cash, perform cash drops and reconcile accurately; report tips correctly
Assist in line and order preparation: make pizzas, prepare dough and restock toppings
Maintain the store’s cleanliness and restock supplies
Deliver leaflets and door hangers as required

Minimum Requirements and Expectations
Exceptional and positive attitude
18 years of age or older
Valid driver’s license and proof of liability insurance
Clean, unrestricted driving record
Clean, reliable and safe vehicle
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide accurately and quickly
Proficient in making correct monetary change
Verbal, written and telephone skills for order processing
Motor coordination for rapid, accurate movements
Use of Domino’s specific equipment (car toppers, hot bags, jackets) and proper storage at shift end
Keyboard or touch‑screen order entry skills
Comprehend written instructions and communicate verbally over the phone and in person
Near, mid‑range and distant vision for delivery tasks; near and mid‑range vision for in‑store tasks
Differentiate between hot and cold surfaces
Stand, walk and drive for long periods; most tasks performed from a standing position
Work Conditions and Requirements May Include
Varying and sometimes adverse weather outside and on the road during deliveries
In‑store temperatures ranging from 36°F to 90°F+; sudden temperature changes in work area and while outside
Fumes from food odors; exposure to cornmeal dust
Cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler
Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500°F or higher
Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts
Bulk product deliveries twice a week or more, unloaded by hand truck
Cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds; dimensions up to 3′ × 1.5′
Large cans (3 lb 7 oz) carried from workstation to storage shelves
Pizza sauce (30 lb) carried from storage room to front of store
Trays of pizza dough carried three at a time over short distances; approximately 12 lb per tray
Occasional navigation of stairs or ladder for changing prices on signs, washing walls and basic maintenance
Stacked trays on dollies: 24″–30″; push force up to 7.5 lb
Duration of this position: approximately 30–45 seconds at one time, repeated continuously during the day
Forward bending present at front counter and when stocking ingredients; performed occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas
Reaching performed continuously; up, down and forward
Eye‑hand coordination essential; use of hands continuous during the day
