Our beautiful center is located at

USAA Child Development Center , 4800 USAA Blvd., San Antonio, TX 78240.

Full‑time positions are available with infants and toddlers.

Preferred infant teacher shifts: M‑F 8:30 am‑5:30 pm, 9:00 am‑6:00 pm. Preferred two’s teacher shift: M‑F 9:00 am‑6:00 pm.

Responsibilities

Create hands‑on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children.

Maintain open communication with parents, sharing their child’s daily milestones.

Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following essential procedures and guidelines.

Qualifications

18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED is required.

1 year of professional experience teaching in child care, daycare, or preschool settings is preferred.

CDA, Associate, or bachelor’s degree in early education or related field is preferred.

Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice (DAP) for children is required.

Physical Requirements This position requires compliance with all applicable immunization, employment physical/screening, and health and safety training requirements. The employee will work in person in an early education/preschool child care center to provide supervision, care, curriculum delivery and services per Bright Horizons’ policies and guidelines. Compensation The hourly rate for this position is between $14.45 and $19.55 per hour. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on experience, education, certifications, geography, and other relevant business factors.
