Responsibilities
Meeting sales goals measured daily, weekly, and monthly
Consult customers in a professional, upbeat manner
Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items
Maintain a clean and organized salon
Open and close business
Perform daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking
Walk customers to their rooms and teach them how to use tanning equipment
Attend off‑site sales and job trainings
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 18 years of age
Ability to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time for 7 hours per day
Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance
Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
