As a Special Needs Teachers’ Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in creating a safe and nurturing environment for our exceptional learners. You will provide vital support and encouragement, helping them develop their unique abilities and reach their full potential.
Your responsibilities will include:
Drawing on your experience in supporting children with SEN
Motivating and inspiring students, both in and out of the classroom
Effectively managing behaviour and promoting a positive learning environment
Providing individualized support to students, tailored to their specific needs
Demonstrating a solid understanding of the National Curriculum
