As a support worker with us you’ll help people gain more independence in their daily lives, working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people.
Our residential service in Castle Cary is a welcoming and friendly environment and you can be sure that no two days will be the same. As a Night Support Worker, you’ll enhance the lives of the people we support by assisting with bed‑time routines, including personal care and completing regular checks throughout the night. You will also be expected to complete light domestic duties in any spare time.
This is an amazing role for someone looking to truly make a difference to someone’s life and help them grow in confidence and independence, so they can meet their goals – whether that be making dinner by themselves or going on holiday.
