We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bar Supervisor to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will work closely with the Banquet Manager, Food & Beverage Director, and collaborate alongside the Restaurant Supervisor to ensure seamless service and exceptional guest experiences. Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring efficient service and high standards of quality Supervise and motivate bar staff, providing training and support to maintain excellent performance Collaborate with the Banquet Manager, F&B Director, and Restaurant Supervisor to coordinate service flow during events and daily operations Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area Assist in creating innovative drink menus and promotional activities Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience as a Bar Supervisor or similar role in a hospitality environment Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Knowledge of beverage preparation, mixology, and current industry trends Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to alcohol service Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during events as required High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality or alcohol service are a plus Requirements & Benefits
