Job Overview
Verbind Partners is assisting a private family in Los Angeles in finding an experienced and highly organized Housekeeper to join their household team. This is a key role within a fully staffed residence, responsible for maintaining the family’s home to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
You will work the morning shift, ensuring that the home is well-prepared and immaculate for the day ahead. The schedule is structured so that you will work alongside another housekeeper who starts later in the day, providing smooth coverage throughout the property. Both housekeepers report directly to the Estate Manager.
The home is a large, luxury estate, so prior experience working in similar high‑end, multi‑staffed environments is essential. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, understand the rhythm of a private home, and anticipate needs before being asked.
Base Pay Range $40.00/hr - $45.00/hr
Key Responsibilities
Perform all daily cleaning duties across the home, ensuring every area is spotless and well maintained
Handle deep cleaning tasks and care for fine finishes, materials, and furnishings
Manage laundry and ironing with attention to garment care and organization
Keep household storage areas and supplies neatly stocked and inventoried
Coordinate and communicate effectively with the afternoon housekeeper for seamless transitions between shifts
Support the Estate Manager with any household‑related requests or updates
Requirements
Minimum of four years’ experience working in private households or large estates
Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Reliable, professional, and discreet at all times
Positive, proactive attitude with a strong sense of initiative
Legal right to work in the United States
Compensation & Package
Schedule: Monday to Friday; flexibility required for occasional weekend support
Start Date: ASAP (2‑week paid trial first)
Location: Surrounding area of Beverly Hills, LA
Rate: $45.00/hr
Benefits: 2 weeks paid vacation, health insurance stipend
