Location: Des Plaines, IL
We are seeking a skilled and reliable CDL A Truck Driver / Yard Jockey to join our team. The ideal candidate will exercise safe and efficient practices when operating equipment adhering to all federal and state driving regulations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring timely moves and service to our customers and team.
Responsibilities • Operate and maintain local truck routes with home‑daily schedules.
• Follow all safety protocols and state/federal regulations.
• Work closely with the yard team to coordinate movements and deliveries.
Compensation & Benefits
Starting Pay
$21.50/hr plus $2 an hour safety incentive.
Weekly Pay & Benefit Options
Referral Bonus
up to $2,000 for every referral hired and retained.
Local Routes – Home Daily
No Touch Freight
No Long Hauls – No Layovers
Predictable Shifts and Steady Hours
Pay Range: $21.50–$23.50 per hour.
