Responsibilities
Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of all areas following established procedures and safety guidelines.
Maintain records of cleaning activities and report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
Follow infection control and universal precautions policies to maintain a sanitary environment.
Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous housekeeping experience is preferred.
Positive attitude and effective communication with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership.
Compliance with COVID‑19 vaccination policies.
Able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds, push/pull up to 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
Ready to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously.
Comfortable working around cleaning products.
Understand and follow oral and written instructions, and conduct routine tasks daily.
Residency within the service area required.
