Montage Mason is a luxury Memory Care and Assisted Living community located in Mason, Ohio. As a Dining Room Server, you’ll play an essential role in creating a five‑star, white‑glove dining experience for our residents. You’ll be responsible for delivering meals efficiently, maintaining cleanliness, and providing friendly, resident‑first service while supporting the overall operations of the Dining Services Department. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with residents, thrives in a hospitality‑driven environment, and takes pride in creating a positive dining experience every day. You’ll work closely with Dining Leadership to ensure trays, tables, and dining areas are prepared, organized, and fully stocked.
***** $1000 Sign On Bonus *****
Pay:
$14 - $16 per hour, based on experience
Schedule:
AM or PM with every other weekend rotation

Requirements
Ability to pass a background check, physical, and drug screening
Friendly, positive attitude and passion for serving others
Ability to follow instructions, special diets, and portion controls
Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and food safety
18 years of age or older or high school graduate
