Greeter - Receptionist
COMPENSATION: Starting at $18hr - $20hr

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Answer inbound calls and assist clients with their needs, whether setting an appointment or answering their questions.
Ensure a high level of client satisfaction is being provided as the service contact
Respond to emails
Responsible for light filing, data entry and office support
Communicate clearly and effectively to both internal and external customers
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, ETC.
MUST be customer oriented
EXCELLENTphone skills
Ability to anticipate customer’s needs and ask probing questions
Detail oriented and excels in a fast-paced, results driven team environment
Professional appearance and work ethic
Valid driver’s license
WEEKLY SCHEDULE
Monday - Saturday : 10:30am - 7:00pm
Thursday and Sunday Off
