Scheduling Coordinator Central Supply Clerk
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred Job Summary Granite Rehabilitation and Wellness
is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator Central Supply Clerk to join our dynamic team! As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth coordination of patient care and supply management.
Develop and maintain nursing staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts, in accordance with center facility assessment. Post schedules for staff at least two weeks in advance.
Keep accurate records of staff attendance, time-off requests, and shift swaps.
Manage supply inventory, ordering and receiving medical supplies and equipment
Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure optimal supply levels and optimal utilization of resources
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction
Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to address scheduling and supply-related issues in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field (e.g., healthcare administration, business) is an asset
1 years of experience in a healthcare or administrative setting
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software systems
