About the Program We are offering a unique Security Scholarship Program for Australian citizens in Darwin who are ready to start a full‑time career in the security industry. No previous experience is required – with the right attitude, we can teach it! We understand that the cost associated with training and licensing can be a barrier, so we’re removing that hurdle. Wilson Security will fully fund the entry requirements for 10 successful applicants who are committed to joining our team in a full‑time capacity.

12‑month Security Licence registration
National name and fingerprint check (Criminal History Check)
Baseline Security Clearance
Full uniform, including boots
Four‑on, four‑off roster providing excellent work‑life balance
Comprehensive on‑the‑job training – no prior experience required
