S & L Motors is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Body Shop Assistant to join our team in Pulaski, WI. In this role, you will support our body shop operations by assisting technicians, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and ensuring timely completion of repair tasks. This position offers competitive hourly pay and an opportunity to grow within a respected automotive company.
Responsibilities
Assist body shop technicians with repair and maintenance tasks
Prepare and clean vehicles before and after repair work
Maintain an organized and safe work environment
Manage inventory and stock supplies as needed
Support daily shop operations and communicate effectively with team members
Perform other duties as assigned to facilitate smooth shop workflow
Requirements
Previous experience in an automotive body shop or a related field is preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
Basic knowledge of automotive repair processes is a plus
Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required
Good communication and teamwork skills

Competitive hourly wage of $17.00 - $20.00 per hour, paid semi-monthly
