JR110342We value U.S. military experience and invite all qualified military candidates to apply.**Overview**Assist with guest needs and requests to ensure positive guest experience.### **Essential Duties and Responsibilities*** Answer questions regarding or making reservations for dining, entertainment, sports events, recreation, tours, health and beauty, childcare, transportation, cultural activities, shopping, and other services.* Provide directions to hotel facilities or events.* Notify/assist guests of receipt of facsimiles, mail, messages, and packages.* Maintain current information and materials regarding hotel, services, and attractions.* Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.* Perform any other job duties as assigned.**Qualifications and Skills*** One year experience in a public contact position.* Hotel experience preferred.* Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with guests and associates.* Effective verbal and written communication skills.
