Maintain high satisfaction through feedback and resolve concerns promptly. First-Time Completion:

Diagnose issues accurately, arrive prepared, and complete repairs during the initial visit. Response Time:

Respond within the company's defined timeframe to ensure customer loyalty. Service Revenue:

Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets; identify upselling opportunities. Service Agreement Enrollment:

Promote long-term relationships and recurring revenue. Installation Quality:

Ensure high-quality installations with minimal callbacks. Technical Skills:

Follow safety protocols to ensure zero incidents. Mentoring:

Guide less experienced technicians. Professionalism & Communication:

Participate in reviews and set personal goals. Teamwork:

Collaborate effectively with team members. Responsibilities: Follow the Nexstar whole home electrical inspection process. Diagnose, install, and repair electrical components in residential settings. Wire HVAC power and control systems. Provide excellent customer service. Maintain tools, parts, and safety equipment. Travel to job sites and coordinate with dispatchers. Obtain customer authorization/signature for payments. Meet sales and performance targets. Assist customers with repair vs. replace decisions. Schedule and generate replacement consultations. Meet or exceed performance standards. Compensation: $25 - $45 an hour #J-18808-Ljbffr
