Senior Helpers – Central Dallas, Granite Heights, Wisconsin, United States
Our On-Call Caregivers are paid a daily fixed rate to agree to answer their phone in the event of a shift call-out and then work shift! The On-Call Caregiver would be obligated to accept the open shift and be paid for both on-call compensation and working shift. If no call is received for an assignment you are STILL PAID a flat rate for being on-call available.
The 2 available on-call Shifts are set at AM and PM.
7am to 7pm

Examples of Job Duties:
Have fun and engaging conversations with your clients to build relationships
Participate in your clients’ favorite hobbies (scrapbooking, gardening, games, etc.)
Prep meals for your clients to enjoy
Assist your clients with walking, dressing, and other daily activities of living
Report what activities were completed with your clients and provide updates on your clients’ physical condition, mental capacity, and behavior
