The Claiborne at West Lake is hiring a Kitchen assistant. Under the direction of the Culinary Services Director, the Kitchen assistant will perform a variety of duties in and around the kitchen.
Responsibilities
Transporting dishes from the dining room after meals
Clean, wash and sanitizing dishes and utensils
Performs sanitation clean-up of kitchen and dining area
Serves residents as needed
Supports a positive and professional image through actions and dress

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a kitchen or food service setting preferred, but not required
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
