The entry-level Pizza Team Member position is vital in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth restaurant operations. This role provides an opportunity to develop foundational skills in hospitality, problem solving, and quality assurance within a dynamic team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service to our guest with Texas Hospitality by addressing their needs and inquiries Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally Prepare and assemble pizzas, salads, and desserts according to Mattenga’s recipes. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment to ensure a safe environment Assist team members with daily operational tasks to support efficient restaurant functioning Identify and resolve customer concerns or issues with a focus on satisfaction Follow safety protocols and quality standards consistently in all tasks Required Qualifications
Must have reliable transportation to and from work. Must have current food handlers' certificate and TABC if applicable. To serve alcohol, you need to be at least 18. Ability to receive constructive feedback, criticism, direction, redirection, training or coaching well Knowledge in counting money Knowledge in reading recipes and use measuring cups/spoons Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability and willingness to wash dished, empty trash cans, sweep, mop, clean equipment, serve customers, wipe tables, deep cleans, clean restrooms, prep, open/closing duties. Preferred Qualifications
