Hillcrest House - Residential Staff Opportunities
At Hillcrest House, a program of Sanctuary House, we are dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment for adults living with serious mental illness. We are currently looking for compassionate, dependable individuals to join our residential team in making a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents.
Open Positions: Direct Care Residential Staff - 2nd Shift Weekdays/All Shifts Weekends
Weekday Hours : 3:00PM - 10:00PM
Weekend Hours : Potential for all shifts (1st, 2nd or 3rd)
Full-Time & Part-Time Availability What We're Looking For:
Availability : Must be available to work between the hours indicated above.
A valid NC driver’s license with a clean driving record.
1 year of experience
supporting adults with serious mental illness (e.g., schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, major depression, schizoaffective disorder).
High school diploma
or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
1+ year of experience
working in a group home setting.
