What You’ll Do
Provide personalized care according to each client’s Plan of Care
Assist with personal needs: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transfers
Maintain a safe, clean home (light housekeeping, laundry, organizing, meal preparation)
Offer companionship and promote social engagement
Support mobility (walker, wheelchair) and provide medication reminders
Observe and report any changes in client condition or behavior
Document care accurately using our mobile app
Follow infection control and safety procedures (CDC-compliant)
Requirements
High school diploma or GED
At least 1 year of caregiving experience preferred
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance
Current CPR certification and TB test
Must pass a national background check
Compassionate, patient, and dependable

Schedule: Immediate opening – 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
FLSA Status: Non-exempt, hourly
