Order Fulfillment Team Members process customer orders from around the world from start to finish ensuring customer satisfaction and the highest quality standards.# **Responsibilities:*** Pick parts in an assigned zone, quickly and accurately* Inspect and receive product* Prepackage product for bin/emergency stock* Inspect quality of the product before prepackaging* Perform packaging tasks which include:
+ Review pack lists to insure correct quantities
+ Verify correct parts have been picked
+ Box product and prepare for shipping* Assemble cables and battery packs* Cut tape and reel product into sale package quantities* Shipping (Processing)* Shipping Dock* Act as a liaison between Sales, Customer Service, and PDC answering product questions* Handle customer change-order requests when applicable* Investigate customer complaints regarding shipment errors and update inventory stock levels* Perform inventory counts as related to customer shortage or overage complaints and update system* Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned* Nothing in this job description restricts management’s right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any timeAdditional Work Experience:* Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English* Basic computer navigation and typing skills* Ability to actively participate as a team member in order to meet departmental goals* Ability to provide a positive, professional and enthusiastic outlook or perspective* Demonstrated ability to multi-task as well as the ability to change focus quickly based on requests by employees/management* Able to solve problems quickly and efficiently* Dependable, responsible contributor committed to excellence and successEducation:* GED or High School Diploma# **Physical Requirements:*** Regular and consistent attendance due to need to access physical equipment* Ability to perform repetitive hand, wrist and arm motion* Capable of spending 8-10 hours walking/standing on concrete* Regularly lift up to 35 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. from floor to shoulder height* Ability to twist or bend and occasionally climb stairs* Ability to reach with hands and arms above shoulder level# **Compensation:***The starting base pay rate for this position is:*$20.00**\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_**Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future.
