What You’ll Do
Provide customer service to clients by performing security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including business areas and the perimeter, to help deter unauthorized activities and observe for irregularities.
Monitor for potential hazards or unusual conditions, particularly within chemical and petrochemical environments, and report findings according to established protocols.
Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and contractors to provide information and assistance as needed.
Document and report security-related incidents and activities in accordance with site and Allied Universal guidelines.
Support access control measures by observing entry and exit points and verifying credentials when required.
Minimum Requirements
Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
