Hours: 15-20 hours per week
Remote: 100% Remote Work Availability: No
Hybrid: Hybrid Work Availability (requires some time on campus): No
Duties & Responsibilities
This position will have the ability to work in many different areas of the football program.
Potential duties include, but are not limited to, assisting the recruiting coordinator on game day
Retrieval and sorting of mail
Answering phones and communicating correspondence with UND Football Staff
Practice set-up and break down on a daily basis
Work with coaches during practice to help set-up and execute the drills
Learn how to properly fit and maintain equipment such as helmets and shoulder pads
Taught how to properly maintain an accurate inventory on a daily basis
Locker room set-up for all home games
Perform game day duties that will be specified by the DFO
Equipment maintenance and cleaning
Ensure proper storage of equipment
Other projects assigned
This position has some regular duties assigned but also assists the office, as needs arise, with varied projects.
Qualifications
Successful completion of criminal history records check
Experience with Office Technology preferred (ex. copying machine)
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the US and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
This position does not support visa sponsorship for continued employment.
