We operate 47 dining venues, including dining rooms, fast-casual, cafeterias, bars, employee facilities, delis and snack shops. It's high volume, fast-paced and fun! Almost half of the Yellowstone summer staff work for the Food and Beverage Operation! Job Summary
As a Fast Food Crew member, you would be responsible for performing a variety of tasks in and around our quick service outlets. This is a fast paced high volume role where you will be serving guests from around the world!
No prior experience is needed.
The Details: Position Type: Seasonal Season Dates: Early April - Early November
Pay: $15.70/hour Schedule: Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)

Responsibilities
Provide excellent guest service in an efficient manner.
Responsible for prep, set-up, service, clean up, and restocking of food service areas.
Adhere to all sanitation requirements including product rotation, temperature maintenance, storage procedures, cooking requirements, and handling techniques.
Maintain the cleanliness and order, and properly stock the kitchen, dining, and service areas.
Complete assigned duties within each shift, focusing efforts on cleanliness and appearance of dining areas.
Qualifications
Ability to follow all policy, procedures and service standards.
Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and safely with all kitchen equipment.
Ability to organize and prioritize under pressure while maintaining a pleasant demeanor.
Adhere to appearance and uniform standards.
Excellent communication skills. Ability to work in a team environment and follow direction.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to stand for long periods of time, approximately 8 hours.
Must be able to walk for long periods of time.
Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 40 pounds.
Must be able to bend, stretch and reach for extended periods of time.
