Automotive Detailer

Full-Time
As an Automotive Detailer, you will be responsible for cleaning and refurbishing vehicles to meet our company’s high-quality standards. This includes both interior and exterior detailing, ensuring every vehicle is presented in pristine condition.
Responsibilities
Perform thorough cleaning, washing, waxing, and polishing of vehicle exteriors.
Vacuum, shampoo, and clean vehicle interiors, including upholstery, carpets, and floor mats.
Clean and polish windows, mirrors, and chrome accessories.
Apply protective finishes for long‑lasting shine and protection.
Inspect vehicles for defects or areas needing attention.
Use appropriate cleaning products and tools while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Keep detailing workspace clean and organized.
Adhere to company policies, safety, and health regulations.
Report any damage or issues to management immediately.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous automotive detailing experience preferred, but not required.
Strong attention to detail and passion for vehicle care.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
Manual dexterity for handling tools and equipment.
Work in ventilated repair shops or outdoors.
Operate various detailing equipment safely.
Drug Policy All applicants must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
The starting compensation is expected to be: $19.00 - $22.00/Hour
