Must be able to work 3 pm - 11 pm. Be able to work on your feet for a typical shift for 8 hours at a time in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Mitigate customer complaints as needed Work with the housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are ready for new guests Bookkeeping: keep accurate records of all hotel guest account information Take incoming calls, online and in-person room bookings requests, and answer questions about guests’ needs involving room rates, available rooms, amenities, rewards programs, and special requests Greet, check-in, and check out guests when they arrive and leave the premises, distribute keys and room assignments, and record credit card information Qualifications
Must be able to stand on your feet for 8 hours during a typical shift Please only apply if you meet each of these criteria Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations Must have graduated high school, received a GED or equivalent Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills 1+ year of hotel industry experience or related job preferred Has previous experience or working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems Compensation
