7 am - 3 pm - seven-day-a-week availability (schedule based on business demands and will be scheduled 40 hours per week).
Responsibilities Take pride and ownership to ensure guests are getting the best experience possible. You will be empowered to resolve problems, be proactive to prevent any service-related issue,s and exceed expectations.
This is a front desk position, so standing during your shift is required unless an accommodation is approved.

Communicate with housekeeping to make sure guest rooms are ready
Greet, check-in, and check out guests when they arrive and leave the premises, distribute keys and room assignments, and record credit card information
Take incoming calls, online and in-person room bookings requests, and answer questions about guests’ needs involving room rates, available rooms, amenities, rewards programs, and special requests
Handle customer complaints as necessary
Bookkeeping: keep accurate records of all hotel guest account information
Qualifications
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems
Excellent time management skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills
At least one year of hospitality industry experience as a hotel front desk agent or similar position preferred
Must have graduated high school, received a GED or equivalent
Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations
Compensation $15 per hour
