Whether it’s a first-time skier or a returning, your job is to ensure each person leaves the rental shop with properly fitted equipment and a positive, confident attitude.Daily Responsibilities:* Fit guests with ski or snowboard boots, bindings, and equipment based on ability and size* Adjust, test, and maintain rental gear to ensure safety and functionality* Assist guests with returns, exchanges, and troubleshooting* Educate guests on proper use of equipment and basic safety* Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient rental area* Provide friendly and professional customer service* Work closely with other departments like ticketing, ski school, and lift ops* Keep a positive attitude, even during peak weekends and holidaysWork Environment & Schedule:* Indoor/outdoor environment with high guest traffic* Fast-paced setting—especially on weekends and powder days* Early morning, weekend, and holiday shifts are expected* Must be able to stand, bend, and lift (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods* Willingness to learn rental software and safety standardsWho We’re Looking For:* No prior rental experience required—we’ll train you!* Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused* Mechanically inclined or willing to learn basic gear setup* Dependable and team-oriented* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment* Bonus if you ski or ride—but not required!**You make us Woodward.** We are a welcoming community that celebrates individual stories, backgrounds, experiences, and identities where we all have "different" in common.
