Everyone has an important role in accomplishing these objectives! In the Administrative Assistant role, you’ll support the project needs within the Project Management department. Day to day, that might include:

Responsibilities

Support departmental and project needs by coordinating meetings, schedules and communications between team members as well as managing expense reports

Collaborate with consultants to identify, research and interpret information

Create and distribute regular (daily, weekly, monthly) reports and meetings notes

Contribute information and updates to project management dashboard

Qualifications

There are a lot of changes in our industry so we’re looking for someone who is comfortable with change and has a continuous improvement mindset.

This role is heavily collaborative, so someone who is team-oriented with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills is most likely to succeed.

Experience working with and deep knowledge of Microsoft’s suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) is required.

A two-year degree or equivalent work experience is required.

The expected base compensation for this role is $36,000 - $48,000 annually. Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
