HVAC Apprentice Commitment: 4-Year Apprenticeship Program
Are you ready to launch a hands-on career with long-term growth and stability? Heritage Home Service is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as HVAC Apprentices — no prior experience required !
This is a unique opportunity to learn a skilled trade while earning a paycheck. Our structured 4-year apprenticeship program
provides paid on-the-job training, paid education, and mentorship from experienced professionals. At the end of the program, you’ll be a fully certified HVAC technician with a rewarding career ahead.

What You’ll Do:
Learn the HVAC trade through hands-on experience and formal training
Assist with installations, maintenance and repairs in residential homes
Troubleshoot HVAC issues and learn to offer efficient solutions
Ensure safety and code compliance in all work
Represent Heritage’s values in every customer interaction

What You Need:
Must be at least 21 years old
Prior job stability
High school diploma or GED
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Proven job stability in prior roles
Willingness to commit to a 4-year apprenticeship
