Receptionist (Bilingual Preferred) – City Kia of Greater Orlando
City Kia of Greater Orlando is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team. This is a full-time, hourly position in a fast-paced dealership environment.
As the first point of contact, you will greet customers, set expectations, and help deliver a welcoming VIP experience. We are seeking an individual who enjoys working with people, smiles easily, thinks quickly, and can multitask with confidence.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome customers professionally and set expectations upon arrival
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Schedule sales and service appointments
Enter customer information accurately into dealership systems
Monitor and respond to internal chats and customer messaging tools
Maintain a clean and organized reception area (including coffee station)
Assist with basic administrative tasks
Work closely with sales and service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Customer service experience (automotive experience a plus)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Strong communication, data entry, and multitasking skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to work weekends and some holidays
