Posted Tuesday, December 23, 2025 at 5:00 AM STAR TRAINER - SERVER $18/HOUR The Star Trainer-Server is responsible for delivering exceptional dining service to residents and guests with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail. This role ensures a clean, welcoming dining environment and supports overall community satisfaction through consistent service excellence and Legendary Hospitality. Star Trainer-Servers play a key role in enhancing the quality of life for residents and supporting leasing and marketing efforts through memorable guest experiences. Workload Expectations
Your workload will be adjusted during training shifts so you can focus on observation, coaching, and support. When not actively training, your regular job duties will resume as normal. You must be flexible and available to train on days, nights, and weekends, depending on when new hires are scheduled 2. Meal Service & Resident Experience
3. Cleaning & Resetting the Dining Room
4. Communication, Professionalism & Safety
Varied schedule with availability required seven days per week. Must be available for weekends and holidays to meet operational needs. Qualifications
Preferred Experience
Prior food service or hospitality experience Required Skills & Attributes
Service-oriented and professional demeanor Strong communication and teamwork skills Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation Ability to follow directions and maintain confidentiality Passion for serving seniors and creating Legendary Hospitality experiences Embodies Senior Star’s mission, values, and culture
