As an Executive Lounge Attendant, you will ensure the successful setup, service, and clean‑up of the Executive Lounge while delivering exceptional hospitality to every guest.
What You’ll Do
Oversee the setup, service, and clean‑up of the Executive Lounge.
Set tables, buffets, bars, and snack breaks in assigned areas correctly and accurately.
Professionally serve food and beverages both tableside and from buffets.
Monitor tables and buffets to ensure they remain clean, stocked, and visually appealing.
Anticipate guest needs and provide exemplary hospitality to exceed expectations, while always maintaining professionalism and friendliness.
Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes; accurately answer guest questions.
Perform all cleaning, opening, closing, and other duties as assigned.
