Behavior Specialist (BT) Responsibilities
Implement evidence-based ABA techniques to support children with autism in home and community settings.
Teach essential life and social skills to promote meaningful growth.
Collect session data, track progress, and collaborate with supervising BCBAs.
Contribute to team meetings and trainings to enhance your skills.
Communicate effectively with families and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
Behavior Specialist (BT) Skills and Qualifications
A compassionate, adaptable team player with strong communication and listening skills.
Previous experience working with children, particularly those with disabilities, is a plus.
Able to complete RBT training and pass certification within 45 days of hire.
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and car insurance.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
