For additional information on remote work at Penn State, see .** **JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS**The College/Unit of Health and Human Development, Department of Recreation, Parks and Tourism Management invites applications for part-time academic job of Part-Time Adjunct Instructor for the academic term of Spring 2026 Semester.Job duties to include:* Teaching RPTM classes (RPTM 120; RPTM 410, RPTM 415)* Deliver weekly in-person and/or hybrid instruction following approved course syllabus and objectives.* Support student learning of core financial concepts, quantitative reasoning, and practical financial skills.* Develop and facilitate applied learning activities including calculations, analysis, and scenario-based work.* Evaluate student progress through assignments, quizzes, exams, and projects.* Maintain timely student grading and records through Canvas.* Hold weekly office hours, in person or via Zoom.* Submit final grades according to university policies.Requirements, qualifications, education and/or competencies:* Bachelor's Degree, Master's DegreeRequired Application Materials:* Resume/CV* Cover Letter **BACKGROUND CHECKS/CLEARANCES**Employment with the University will require successful completion of background check(s) in accordance with University policies.
